- One family, four sizes: the SUN-60K, SUN-70K, SUN-75K and SUN-80K-SG02HP3-AU-EM6 share one datasheet, one user manual and one 606 × 927 × 314 mm, 105 kg enclosure. They differ only in their PV input, AC power and AC current ratings.
- Six MPP trackers (2 strings each) for large, multi-orientation commercial and utility arrays up to 160 kW PV access power.
- High-voltage battery (160–1000 V) with up to 160 A combined charge/discharge current across two inputs.

Deye’s AU documents pair this range with:
- BOS-B Pro-A3, indoor: BOS-B-PDU-2-A with 12 × BOS-B-Pack16-A3 (192.9 kWh) on the SUN-80K. Deye’s BOS-B Pro-A3 hybrid brochure also lists 8–10 packs for two-hour systems on the 60–80 kW models, and 15 or 16 packs for a four-hour system on the SUN-60K.
- BOS-G Pro: Deye’s AU solution sheet for the SUN-50K and SUN-80K pairs the SUN-80K with BOS-G80 Pro clusters (16 × BOS-G-Pack5.1, 81.92 kWh each), up to 16 clusters in parallel.
- GE-F128-BC-2-A3 cabinet (128.6 kWh) on the SUN-60K.
- GE-F240/F256 series cabinets: the ORION E brochure pairs the GE-F176, F208, F240 and F256 with the 60–80 kW models, and the configuration list pairs the GE-F192-BC-2-A3 (192.9 kWh) and GE-F256-AP-A kit with the SUN-80K.
Deye’s AU configuration list does not pair this range with the outdoor BOS-B80 Pro-A3-Cabinet build.
