Search by fault code or symptom. Most field issues trace back to metering, grid-code or communication setup — start here before calling support.
Battery won't charge or discharge Warning Battery sits idle — not charging from solar or discharging to load — or shows offline / BMS fault (e.g. F58). Fix → External meter not communicating (SDM120) Warning The inverter reports no meter / meter offline, even though the SDM120 display is lit. Fix → F13 F13 — grid abnormal / won't reconnect Warning Inverter shows F13 and drops off-grid, or won't start exporting after commissioning. Fix → Import / export readings are reversed Warning DeyeCloud shows the system exporting when the house is drawing power (or the battery charges from the grid when it shouldn't). Fix → Won't export / nuisance trips after commissioning Warning New install powers up but won't export, or trips intermittently — no obvious hardware fault. Fix → Deye fault (F) code reference Info The inverter LCD or DeyeCloud shows an F-code (e.g. F13, F18, F58) and you need to know where to start. Fix → Logger keeps going offline in DeyeCloud Info The plant shows offline / stale data in DeyeCloud, or the Wi-Fi logger won't connect to the router. Fix →
